I dont think it is going to matter if it is a centipede or something else. It is the case that different parts of our body are more sensitive to pain, for example finger tips in comparison to your elbow.
In addition, we feel pain in a subjective way. The pain you feel from dropping a bowling ball on your foot is going to be different to the way I feel it.
Having said all that, don’t be letting a centipede bite you on the head… unless you video it for youtube, actually no, still don’t do it.
