Well this depends on what you are referring to when you refer to ‘cryptids’.
Many animals are cryptic, which means they hide, or can easily go unseen. For example, tigers are cryptic as they are shy and elusive and will often avoid people. But snakes are also very cryptic, because they are small they can hide easy.
So if that is what you mean by cryptids, then yes, I am doing work on those types of cryptic animals.
But if you are referring to the other use of ‘cryptid’ for things like bigfoot or lochness monster, then no. While it would be great to find an animal undiscovered to science, many of the ‘cryptids’ are not biologically possible given what we know about the natural world.
