Question: What makes honey never go off?

    Honey has very little water in it so is is very hard for bacteria to live in. It also contains a bunch of chemicals the bees put there to protect the hive and their young from bacterial infection and also contains chemicals to maintain a very hostile pH. Honey is magical stuff
