No. We have proof they we went and came back and it seems a lot of money to spend to trick everybody into believing it. Not only that but in order for it to be true it would mean all those people involved in telling the lie would have to keep that secret for ever! Have you ever kept a secret for more than a year? I know I would find it hard to.
Not sure what they would be trying to cover up by going to the moon. But I guess you are asking if it was a hoax, and we never went to the moon. No it wasnt a hoax, humans definitely made it up there, there is a lot of evidence for it too.
